الوضوء قبل النوم ثم آية الكرسى - والمعوذات والنفث فى الكفين والمسح على الجسد 3 مرات .

تسجيل اية الكرسى مكرره على شريط ساعة ويستمع له كل يوم مرة واحدة .

- تسجل المعوذات الاخلاص - الفلق - الناس ) مكرره على شريط ساعه وتستمع له كل يوم مرة واحدة .

- تقرأ الرقيه على ماء ليتم الشرب منه والاغتسال كل 3 أيام مرة -

يقول بعد صلاة الفجر(لا إله إلا الله وحده لا شريك له له الملك وله الحمد يحيى ويميت وهو

على كل شىء قدير ) مائة مرة -

تطبق النقاط السابقه لمدة شهر كامل وتزول الأعراض بإذن الله
